Welcome to the WRL Coastal Imaging website. The Water Research Laboratory (WRL) is a leading international consulting and research laboratory and is a major group within the University of New South Wales School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. These pages are a portal to real-time image data that is currently being collected by WRL along the eastern seaboard of Australia. The data is used to improve coastal zone management practices within Australia. The collection and analysis of this data is funded by various New South Wales and Queensland government bodies, as well as research grants and programs.
